I'm Roxanne Bobick
Wife, Mother & Certified Health Coach My husband and I have moved from West Virginia to the beautiful mountain area of North Carolina. I've been interested in holistic health and nutrition for many years, but especially 26+ years ago when my then 3 year old son was diagnosed with severe allergies. About the same time, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto Thyroiditis, and became intolerant and/or allergic to gluten, dairy, and other unknown substances, making eating in general quite the challenge for a while. |

With our doctor's guidance along with diet changes, supplements, and homeopathics,
my son's allergies disappeared, and my thyroiditis and food intolerances are no longer
taking over my life.
I became a Health Coach to help others make their wellness a priority, to navigate special diets, food intolerances & allergens, overcome and manage stress, and to introduce ways to find more balance,
So each of us can live a healthier, more joyful life.
I received my training from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in
New York, and have a certification from the
Americian Association of Drugless Practioners, AADP.
My training and experience has given me the tools to develop
individualized and group programs for people of all ages,
to successfully achieve their specific health goals.
